Annual Invoicing & Late Fees
Invoices are mailed on March 1st annually. Payments are due April 1st annually. Payments received after April 15th will be charged a $30 late fee.
Payments
Montgomery Investments accepts checks or money orders. All payments should be made Payable to Montgomery Investments. All payments should be mailed to Montgomery Investments, PO Box 593, Olney, MD 20830.
ALL PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MAILED TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS.
Collections
All accounts that remain unpaid by July 15th will be referred to our collections attorney. To avoid having your account referred to collections please contact us at info@montgomeryinvestments.co no later than July 1st to set up a payment plan.
